Security

Unicycle.com realise that one of the greatest worries that people have about purchasing on the web is that of security. We use Worldpay to handle all the credit card processing; it is one of the largest online payment service providers in the world and is part owned by NatWest Bank Plc. Worldpay solely handles your card details on their secure server where they run extensive security checks and obtain card authorisation. The merchant (Gemcrest Ltd t/a Unicycle.com) never has access to your credit card details.
The only information that Unicycle.com holds on you is information for the purposes of ordering and/or the opt-in mailing list. This user information is held in our database that is not directly accessible from the web. You can view/edit your personal profile at any time using a password.

General Terms and Conditions

An independent business owned and operated by Tamás Pintye - Unicikli.hu under the UNICYCLE.COM name as a franchisee of Gemcrest Limited (UK) and Unicycle.com (USA)

All prices are in HUN Ft Sterling and include VAT @ 25% except for the books which are zero rated. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. When on the Worldpay server you can choose to change payment from HUN Ft.to Euros.  VAT registration number: hu10469679.
Orders for outside the EEC do not include VAT and the import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  The shopping cart will recalculate the price excluding VAT.
Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are calculated on a zone system,

Under normal conditions goods are dispatched the same day if the order arrives before 2.30pm and should arrive with you within 2 carrier working days unless the order contains juggling equipment and then delivery could be up to 10 working days depending on what has been ordered. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available. Deliveries will not take longer than 28 days .
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. Please read the section on guarantee.
We maintain a large stock of items but we are at the whim of our suppliers, so unfortunately all of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.  If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you and you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

The web site at unicycle.hu.com is for sales to the EU, if you wish to order from outside then please contact us and we will quote you a price and delivery.  Please remember that we have North American, New Zealand, Scandinavian, German, Australian, Danish and Canadian partners who may be able to deliver to certain areas of the world more economically.

Payment

Credit card payments is available over the internet through Worldpay plc, or use our order form and fax or post it to us.
Cheque or Postal Order payments can be made by either writing to us detailing your order or print the final order form and send it to us with your cheque or Postal order, to:

Bank Transfer can be made directly into our account but you should contact us either by using the shopping cart or by email so that you can have a valid order number.  Transfers need to be done in Ft or EUR.

Satisfaction

We guarantee our products against any kind of manufacturing defect, however, our responsibility is limited to those items recognised as faulty by ourselves. If your product should develop such a fault within 28 days of purchase we will repair it, or exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money. Contact us as soon as you find a defect with your item and we will then issue you a returns number so that we can track it. We will refund any shipping charges incurred in an authorised return of faulty merchandise.
Refunds, If you are unhappy with an item purchased please let us know!! You ARE our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the problem. Should all else fail we offer you a 7 day cooling off period from the date that you receive the goods. Should you decide to return the goods then please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. Then return the item in an unused condition along with the original packing and a copy of the sales receipt. We will then give you a full refund within 30 days although you will be responsible the cost of return.

Data Protection (Privacy Policy)

Unicycle.com holds information on its customers collected at the time of ordering for the processes of fulfilling the orders made. Customers are also given the opportunity to join a mailing list, this is optional and this can be done when placing an order or through the process of registering a profile.
We WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.
You can view/edit your personal profile at any time, including removal/inclusion in the mailing list. If you have any questions about data protection please contact us here.

You can contact us by any of the following means. The office is staffed Monday to Friday and you may telephone between 9.00am and 7.00pm. At times other than this or if there is no staff member available you will be able to leave a voice mail message. We will return your call at the earliest possible opportunity. Complaints Procedure

Should you have any concerns or complaints, please address them in the first instance to Complaints. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt, and at least a preliminary response within 2 working days. Our preliminary response will, at the very least, provide a detailed plan and timescale for dealing with the matter you have raised. In most cases we anticipate resolving any issue within 2 days of receipt of your communication. All concerns and complaints will be treated personally, confidentially and seriously. Your satisfaction with the service you have received from Unicycle.com is of paramount importance to us, and we welcome your comments.
